What you'll do

To manage and take accountability of the team responsible for:

  • assisting in the oversight and management of all aspects of the Support Services team
  • managing interfaces with other departments, building relationships, and getting fast resolution of any issues
  • managing and direct relationships to deliver company KPI's
  • providing inspiring leadership and create a safe working environment for the Turnbull team
  • managing the Access administration for SharePoint (Power User)
  • managing awareness of staff to improve safety and reduce accidents / incidents protecting workforce from injury and company from prosecution
  • maximising team productivity to make the most of resources and being able to show value to the client
  • managing cultural and organisational change to ensure smooth running by communicating with workforce and explaining need for change
  • managing delivery operations for site services, ensuring timely and efficient execution
  • overseeing onboarding processes and WIMS compliance to maintain regulatory standards
  • managing company document control systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information
  • coordinating and manage the Turnbull IMS in adherence to ISO accreditation requirements
  • overseeing the management of training requirements for Turnbull employees ensuring site and role compliance
  • managing the data gathering for assets and scheduling for planned maintenance activities
  • ensuring good liaison with other Turnbull departments, including Tier 2 + 3 sub-contractors, promoting a consistent approach, building relationships, and providing resolution of identified
  • monitoring budgets against task orders.

What you'll need

  • Relevant experience of management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Experience of working in an operational team.
  • Ability to encourage growth with team members and support them with their personal development.
  • Ability to present themselves as a positive role model and brand ambassador.
  • Proven customer service experience with a strong customer focus.
  • Effective decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels, being able to operate with diplomacy, tact, and empathy.
  • Highly proficient in all Microsoft packages - Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Adaptability in a highly agile working environment.
  • Ability to remain flexible when it comes to changing priorities and tasks.
  • Ability to direct, manage, and motivate direct reports in line with the company's values, culture, inclusivity, and diverse work ethic.
