Job Description

As a Senior Business Analyst you will work to articulate requirements, supply thought leadership and provide commercial options via project and process delivery. You will be leading requirements analysis and process improvement, supporting business case development, project implementation, testing and following up on benefits realisation.

We want you to excel at managing business change and therefore you are emotionally intelligent, with outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills. Similarly, you will be able to demonstrate strong customer focus, commercial acumen, pragmatic decision making, sound technical skill and attention to detail in equal measure.
Our industry is highly regulated and innovative, so you should thrive in a dynamic project environment and be comfortable dealing with change.

What you will do

• Work closely with the business and/or 3rd parties to translate needs into effective solutions and processes; or, where needed, challenge business objectives;
• Successfully engage with mid to senior level stakeholders;
• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis and management through the delivery cycle;
• Manage requirements in response to changing circumstances to ensure business agility;
• Evaluate and optimise customer journeys and business processes to identify opportunities;
• Support business case development and the implementation of agreed solutions - including testing, training, and service design;
• Provide consultation on the feasibility and value of ideas in early stages of idea development;
• Mentor and support team members when needed.

Qualifications

• Do you have best-of-class business analysis experience?
• Are you able to manage requirements in response to changing circumstances to ensure & optimise business agility?
• Do you excel at managing business change?
• Do you possess outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills?
• Can you demonstrate strong customer focus and commercial acumen?
• Do you have Inception to Operations project experience as an Agile BA?
• Do you have experience in projects around digital, business change, or customer journey?
• Can you demonstrate deep understanding of IT software development?
