We have a great opportunity at HMYOI Wetherby to join the education team as our Support & Progression Manager on a Permanent, full-time basis working 37 hours per week.

What the role entails
As a support and progression Manager you will be guiding young people through the education induction process, supporting them through initial assessments, gathering background information and creating learning plans. You will manage a caseload of young people through their education journey focussing on planning for release, attending multi-agency meetings and building relationships with education, training, and employment providers in the community.

- To hold a level 6 information, advice and guidance qualification.
- Educated to level 2 in literacy and numeracy.
- Vibrant with high expectations of themselves and students.
