WHAT TO EXPECT

You will support and assist the Senior Supply Planning Manager to ensure the right level of production and support demand. Developing the wholesale forecast by country and model, tracking delivery and ensuring any controllable issues are resolved.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Work closely with sales teams in countries and global to resolve any issues that may arise
• Provide reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Track vehicle WIP (Work in Progress) clearance and arrival into country
• Develop production communication from global for the countries/network
• Assist and drive through problem resolution regarding production, paperwork (homologation, invoicing, pricing), IT and distribution

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Experience in automotive sales / operations, preferably in a similar role
• Expert level knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point
• Awareness of sales and order management processes
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to handle large amounts of data, re-engineer and visualise it
