What you'll be doing
As a Supply Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are available when our customers need them. You will collaborate with various teams to optimise our supply chain processes and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service. You will report to [Insert manager's name] and may have direct reports to support your journey.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain supply plans to meet customer demand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust forecasts accordingly.
- Identify and resolve supply chain issues proactively.
- Analyse data to drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
What you'll need to have (our must-haves)
- Proven experience in supply chain management or planning.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and tools.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
It would be great if you also have
- Experience in the beauty or retail industry.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
- A degree in supply chain management or a related field.
