AD Fusion is a new auto replenishment system being rolled out across Great Britain in 2025, transforming stock management and operational efficiency. As a Supply Chain Officer in the systems team you will play a key supporting role in ensuring the successful rollout, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of this system across our 14 Regional Distribution Centres (RDCs).
Working closely with the AD Fusion Consultants and the wider project team, you will assist in system setup, support regional colleagues, and help embed best practices. You'll be involved in training, troubleshooting, and providing operational support, ensuring that AD Fusion is effectively adopted across the business. What you'll do
- Support the rollout of AD Fusion across 14 Regional Distribution Centres, ensuring regional teams have the tools and guidance needed for a successful transition.
- Assist with training and development, helping regional colleagues understand and confidently use AD Fusion.
- Present to and engage with regional teams, helping communicate key system functionalities and updates.
- Act as a key point of contact for RDC teams, responding to system related queries and providing guidance on best practices.
- Troubleshoot and support system functionality, identifying and escalating issues where necessary.
- Work closely with AD Fusion Consultants, ensuring alignment and consistency in the rollout and ongoing system support.
- Collaborate with key departments (Supply Chain, IT, Logistics) to ensure smooth system integration and support operational efficiency.
- Provide basic data analysis and reporting, helping track system performance and user engagement.
- Support the development of training materials and documentation, ensuring teams have the right resources.
What you'll need
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or operational systems would be beneficial, but not essential.
- An interest in system implementation and process improvement, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- The ability to travel to different RDC locations as required during the rollout and support phases.
- Travel to RDCs as required to support onsite training and system adoption.
