Position Description

Possible job locations: Hilden (Germany), Venlo (Netherlands), Wrocław (Poland), Manchester (UK) or Germantown (USA)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Process Governance Specialist Manager to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues to support our ERP transition project as we move from SAP to SAP S4 HANA. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience with ERP systems-preferably SAP or SAP S4 HANA-and a strong understanding of CRM systems. Familiarity with the order-to-cash process steps is a significant advantage.

The position is initially limited to two years, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and govern supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and compliance

- Utilize ERP systems, with a preference for SAP, to manage and optimize supply chain operations

- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of CRM systems

- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

- Ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards in all supply chain activities

- Provide training and support to team members on supply chain processes and systems

The position is initially offered on a limited contract basis, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.

Position Requirements

- Proven experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.

- Strong understanding of CRM systems.

- Familiarity with the order-to-cash process.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
