Join Us as a Supply Chain Manager - UKCS Regional Civils
Location: National Role Covering England & Wales
Reports to: UKCS Regional Civils Head of Procurement
Are you ready to lead strategic supply chain initiatives across high-value subcontracted trades? We're looking for a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to join our UKCS Regional Civils Procurement Team and help shape the future of our supply chain strategy.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement a robust Supply Chain Management (SCM) strategy aligned with business goals and sustainability objectives.
- Lead a Strategic Supplier Management Programme, driving performance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a category-led approach to supply chain and subcontractor relationship management.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and value creation through pipeline consolidation.
- Champion the use of digital tools for analytics and reporting.
- Build and maintain a preferred subcontractor network, ensuring compliance and engagement across the business.
- Communicate key updates and initiatives through a clear and engaging strategy.
Who we're looking for
- A relevant business degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
- Proven track record in negotiation, influencing, and exceeding targets.
- Experience in Category Management and subcontractor engagement.
- Strong stakeholder management and people leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confident presentation abilities.
- A pragmatic, customer-focused problem solver with excellent communication skills.
