Now, we're looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join us-a hands-on procurement pro with a passion for food manufacturing. If you're an eagle-eyed deal spotter and a creative problem-solver, we want to hear from you!

The Role

In this dynamic position, you'll take charge of supply chain operations and procurement strategies, ensuring every product reaches our customers with precision and flair. You'll:

• Build Partnerships: Lead the search, assessment, and establishment of new co-manufacturing partners.
• Evaluate & Negotiate: Assess current supplier contracts and drive renegotiations to secure the best deals.
• Collaborate with Teams: Partner with Planning, Procurement, and QA to coordinate transportation, manage inventory, and ensure food safety compliance.
• Drive Results: Minimise waste, optimise processes, and improve inventory management while reducing costs.
• Lead with Impact: Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring reliability, quality, and consistency.

Who You Are

As with everything we do-different tastes better! You'll bring:

• Proven Experience: Negotiating in the ingredients, packaging, and consumables sector, plus managing co-packing and co-manufacturing partnerships.
• Strategic Savvy: A track record of sourcing cost-effective, high-quality ingredients that elevate the P&L.
• Stand-Out Skills: Problem-solving, influencing, and decision-making-plus the grit to finish what you start.
• Passion for Food: A natural flair for working in the fast-paced, ever-evolving food manufacturing industry.
