Job Title: Supply Chain Director – Infrastructure

Salary: £110,000 plus with executive level benefits including bonus and car allowance
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to develop and implement supply chain strategies for major infrastructure projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
- Lead the execution of supply chain activities, ensuring optimal value for money, adherence to governance requirements and achievement of service level agreements
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions and best practices to enhance supply chain processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Lead strategically complex contract negotiations, including multi-party and multi-national agreements, ensuring effective implementation and communication across the business
- Cultivate strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering collaboration, innovation and risk mitigation
- Lead and develop high-performing supply chain teams, ensuring resources are effectively deployed and talent is nurtured to meet current and future business needs
Your skills and experiences:
- Hold extensive experience across the entire source-to-pay lifecycle, with a proven track record of success in delivering complex supply chain projects within large-scale infrastructure programmes
- Demonstrate the ability to develop and articulate a clear strategic vision for infrastructure supply chain, aligning with the overall business strategy and long-term goals
- Exhibit strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading large, multi-functional teams, managing substantial budgets, and driving strategic initiatives within complex infrastructure environments
- Possess a commitment to continuous improvement, with a demonstrated ability to identify and implement best practices, driving innovation and efficiency within the procurement function
- Hold strong commercial awareness, project management skills, and financial acumen, with expertise in risk and opportunity management within large-scale infrastructure projects
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end Lifecycle Management process and its application from a procurement and supply chain perspective, with a focus on the lifecycle management of infrastructure assets
