Job Overview
Britvic is seeking a dynamic and driven Capital Manager to join our Central Engineering team in the Food & Beverages industry. This pivotal role will lead the capital process, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver annual and quarterly forecasting requirements. You will develop and manage the Capital Process Playbook, Project Management Playbook, and master project schedule, ensuring effective program management and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the capital process by collaborating with project engineers, manufacturing, finance, and wider supply chain teams.
- Develop and manage the Capital Process Playbook and Project Management Playbook.
- Manage the master project schedule, budget tracker, and program progress reporting.
- Implement a continuous improvement process to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure effective project delivery, adhering to quality, cost, and time constraints.
- Implement a stage and gate process with key business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Demonstrable expertise in delivering change programs in the FMCG industry.
- Strong project management skills and process orientation.
- SAP experience e.g. budget management
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation abilities.
- End-to-end supply chain management understanding.
- Financial acumen - responsibility for multi-million capital programs.
- Excellent engineering knowledge of packaging equipment, process equipment, factory services, and control systems.

Education
A relevant Engineering Qualification or Degree in Engineering is required. A Project Management Qualification is desirable.
