Reporting to: Regional Director UK and Ireland

Job summary: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Supplier Success Manager to join our team in Oxford. As a Supplier Success Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our supplier community, ensuring smooth onboarding and platform use experiences, and helping suppliers maximise the value they gain from our platform while meeting the requirements of major buyer organisations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supplier Success and Service Delivery

  • Create engaged relationships with suppliers across both communities to maximise their success in working with our platform and the buyer customers.
  • Design, develop and deploy an ongoing supplier communication channel using various media in to deliver additional non-financial value and support to active / published suppliers.
  • Organise refresher training for suppliers from time to time to maintain engagement and knowledge levels. Ensure training covers benefits for suppliers, not just system features.
  • Identify training needs and adapt training approach to suit diverse supplier requirements.
  • Liaise with our Marketing / customer service / operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and approach across all supplier interactions.
  • Educate and guide suppliers through the onboarding and ongoing platform use process, ensuring they understand requirements and can efficiently provide necessary information.
  • Support supplier's use of the system to ensure they get real value from our solution and can present themselves effectively to buyers.
  • Help suppliers understand how their data is viewed and valued by buyers, providing guidance on best practices for data quality and completeness.
  • Inform suppliers about additional services available to them in partnership with the relevant product SMEs, such as JOSCAR Zero, Stage 3, Sustainability Analysis and other relevant offerings.
  • Support any supplier escalations effectively, working collaboratively with both operations and SDM teams to achieve swift resolution and maintain positive relationships.
  • Work with colleagues to maintain the quality of Hellios' data and systems.
  • Build your knowledge of the industry and relevant legislation that affects suppliers in all our markets (with a primary focus on the UK&I) and communities.

Monitoring and Reporting

  • Participate in planning processes for the supplier support and communication activities, setting achievable targets and data to measure levels of supplier engagement and impact of role.
  • Provide regular progress status reports to the UK Managing Director
  • Analyse supplier data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement, working with BD, Marketing, operations and SDMs teams as required.
  • Create and present ad hoc internal reporting on supplier engagement.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge and experience

  • Proven experience of managing B2B relationships, with multiple stakeholders (minimum 3 years).
  • Experience of managing data in a high-quality analytical service environment.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to meet deadlines.
  • Proven delivery of defined targets and deadlines.
  • Experience of working with a CRM system.
  • Experience of working in a growing business.
  • Awareness and compliance with information security standards.
  • Working knowledge of procurement processes within large buying organisations (desirable).
  • Experience of objection handling and supporting clients through complex requirements.

Qualifications and skills

You will need:

  • A degree (or equivalent).
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English with good use of business language.
  • Aptitude for data analysis and experience of tools for data management, including MS Excel.
  • Valid driving licence.

Training will be given on specific applications.

The Company's policy of blended working requires the postholder to work three designated days in the office and two days working from home. This policy may be reviewed from time to time.
