The Role
The Supplier Manager is accountable for the development, implementation and ongoing management of Recruitment Agencies on behalf of and AMS and its clients. The Supplier Manager will build a supply chain that meets AMS's and the client's needs, whilst providing a best-in-class performance and relationship management framework, designed to deliver value to AMS and its clients. The Supplier Manager will be responsible for developing senior level relationships both with suppliers and the end client where appropriate.
Key Accountabilities
Skills & Requirements
- Experience in managing Suppliers delivering contingent labour and permanent recruitment services
- Experience in managing sub-supply via a master vendor set-up
- Experience in managing supplier growth plans to delivery
- Delivery of supplier governance boards or quarterly business reviews
- Understanding of contractual language and obligations on suppliers
- Experience of supporting negotiation of contracts and amendments to contracts
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and teams
