We are looking for a QR Code Supplier Enablement Specialist to join our Own Brand Supply Chain team for a 12 month fixed term contract. In this role, you will lead the rollout of QR codes across Tesco's Own Brand Fresh supply base by onboarding and upskilling suppliers. You'll provide technical and site-level support to resolve implementation challenges, ensure compliance with GS1 standards, and manage artwork timelines in collaboration with key stakeholders.

You will be responsible for
- Leading supplier onboarding sessions to communicate QR code implementation requirements and benefits.
- Supporting supplier capability-building through Q&A sessions and targeted upskilling.
- Conducting site visits to understand operational complexities and inform rollout planning.
- Attending pre-production meetings to review compliance and operational prerequisites.
- Verifying legally required information (e.g., use-by dates, batch codes) alongside QR codes.
- Collaborating with suppliers and design teams to manage artwork timelines and critical paths.
- Ensuring compliance with GS1 standards and Tesco technical requirements.
- Reviewing and approving trial and launch plans to ensure readiness.
You will need
- Experience in manufacturing operational / technical / supply chain.
- Change management / system implementation within manufacturing.
- Clear understanding and experience within manufacturing operations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and apply practical problem-solving to enable the right solutions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills A proactive, inquisitive solution-based mindset.
- Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft suite of programmes.
