Your Role
We are looking for a highly organised and calm Supervision Room Manager to uphold our school's high behaviour expectations and maintain a structured, disciplined environment. The successful candidate will ensure students follow routines, complete curriculum-aligned work, and stay focused throughout their time in Isolation. They will support students to reflect on their behaviour, reinforce positive habits, and prepare them for a successful return to lessons. Working closely with the pastoral team, they will monitor student behaviour and engagement, lead reintegration conversations, and contribute to wider behaviour planning. The role also requires clear record keeping, professional communication with staff and families, and a commitment to modelling consistent, high-expectations behaviour across the school.
