This is an exciting role to grow Subscription sales and manage the day to day running of the Subscriptions business, focusing on the customer needs, solution selling, proposition, and to manage multiple high value subscription partners on this journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales, margin and TA targets, focusing on e2e Commercial Margin, and Lifetime Value of the Customer
  • Build a strategy & plan with the Head of Category and Senior Manager that delivers significant growth
  • Manage and develop relationships with small, medium, large Subscriptions partners
  • Manage service levels and revenue share with Subscription providers
  • Responsible for identifying optimised propositions which are the best fit for our customers
  • Work closely across the New Business squad with the GTM & Operations team to optimise performance
  • Work collaboratively across all categories to facilitate the addition of new Subscriptions to their customer proposition

You will need:

  • Core trading and proposition experience
  • Experience in subscriptions is preferable
  • Strong negotiation skillsand the ability to communicate well
  • To be capable on all office systems
  • Good collaborator with excellent presentation & writing skills
  • Strong commercial acumen
