Your Role

As Student Experience Manager you will be the face of the EF school for our students: welcoming the students into the school with a smile, being approachable for their needs as well as creating a lively and exciting atmosphere for them to create memories that will last a lifetime.

You will drive customer satisfaction and ensure we always deliver great quality in everything we do from the free activities, the weekend excursions, weekly discos to the class project and the large-scale events that you will put on every week. This is a management position and we are looking for someone with great leadership qualities, a creative mind and enthusiasm for summer!

Roles run from June/July - August 2025 on a full-time, fixed term basis, with potential for permanent employment post summer.

Responsibilities

  • You will ensure that quality targets are being delivered based on weekly feedback from students provided by the Student Services team whilst taking key decisions to move the programme forward and improve every week
  • You will be organising and supporting the Activities & Events team so they have a sufficient programme of activities that students will enjoy and be wowed by
  • You will support our Accommodation department for the arrival and departure days to ensure end-to-end high quality service for all of our students alongside putting the fun into their welcome and goodbye from our campus
  • You will be managing and organising our big events and WOW moments to help drive the quality of our Activities and Events
  • You will share the emergency duty of the site on a rota basis

Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills with some management/team leading experience required
  • Commitment to the highest level of customer service
  • Sociable and fun disposition with the ability to motivate and energise others
  • English fluency and excellent communication skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Ability to work and thrive under pressure
  • All offers are subject to a clear enhanced DBS check and two references
  • Legally able to work in the UK at commencement of employment
  • This is a live-in position where accommodation and full board is provided at no extra cost, there are some residential requirements attached to this
