This permanent role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact, shaping the future of our rail and civil engineering projects. As a Chartered Engineer with a proven track record in rail and general civil/structural engineering, you will be the technical design lead, driving the delivery of exceptional services to our valued clients.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Demonstrate your mastery of rail, structural, and civil engineering, including the application of Finite Element analysis
  • Showcase your exceptional project management and business development skills to drive the growth of our Glasgow office and Civils/Rail team
  • Exhibit strong leadership abilities, guiding and mentoring junior colleagues to deliver a consistently high-quality service to our clients
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation, such as the CDM Regulations, to maintain the highest standards of safety and quality
  • Collaborate effectively with Clients, Contractors, Local Authorities, and other relevant third parties to foster lasting partnerships

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Chartered Engineer status with a relevant professional institution
  • Extensive experience in the rail and civil/structural engineering sectors
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
