A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Strategy Implementation Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our company. Your daily responsibilities will include gathering insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving important projects that turn potential into performance. You'll collaborate with industry experts, both internally and externally, to identify challenges and opportunities, and help develop innovative concepts that advance our Assembly, Test, and Overhaul business.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Develop compelling concepts for the Head of Operations on where to take the Assembly, Test and Overhaul business
• Drive strategic projects such as implementation of continuous improvement programs, decarbonization of our facility, service regionalisation, component repair and digital factories across complex settings towards clear decisions and impact
• Prepare a yearly program to engage with the Head of Operations and Head of Product Lifecycle on the future of the Product Line
• Quantify progress on crucial transformation initiatives, deriving corrective actions

What You Bring

• A degree in engineering, natural sciences, business administration, or a related field (Bachelor's or Master's level preferred)
• Experience in strategy projects, ideally within a consulting firm or an energy company
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively, with a keen interest in problem-solving (strategic, quantitative, and organisational)
• A demonstrated ability to analyse data and contribute to impactful solutions
• A genuine passion for the technological and societal aspects of energy transformation
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal as well as excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude, open to feedback, and eager to learn and grow in your career
