Our Commitment

Overview

Want to help shape global strategy for some of the world's most recognisable health brands?
This could be your next move.

We're looking for a Strategy Executive to join Publicis Le One, our bespoke agency team built exclusively for Haleon - the global health company behind brands like Sensodyne, parodontax (Corsodyl in the UK) and Centrum.

This is a great role if you're curious about how brands grow globally, enjoy working with data and insights, and want hands-on exposure to strategy in a fast-moving, international environment.

Responsibilities

The role, in a nutshell

You'll sit in the Publicis Le One London Hub, working closely with our Global Strategy team and Haleon's global marketing stakeholders.

Day to day, you'll support the development of global brand and communications strategies, helping ensure our thinking is sharp, relevant, and genuinely impactful across markets.

You'll report into a Global Strategy Manager, learning on the job while working with teams and agencies across Haleon's core markets worldwide.

What you'll be doing

No two days are the same, but you'll typically be:

  • Owning and running audience research to understand who we're talking to and why
  • Helping shape global strategy and communications ideas across oral health and wellness brands
  • Supporting the delivery of global category projects, from insight through to output
  • Spotting and sharing best-in-class work and case studies from local markets
  • Pulling together monthly reports and presentations for senior stakeholders

You'll work closely with strategists, creatives, and global market teams - so you'll learn fast and see how strategy actually comes to life.

Qualifications

What we're looking for

You don't need to know everything already - curiosity and attitude matter just as much.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is confident using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word)
  • Communicates clearly and enjoys working with different people
  • Is comfortable with data, insights and analysis
  • Is proactive, organised, and happy juggling different tasks
  • Has a curious mindset and wants to keep learning and progressing
  • Has a basic understanding of the media or advertising landscape (or is keen to learn fast!)

Additional information

Employees joining The Pack, which is an early careers programme that connects, supports and develops you to kick-start your career with us, initially start with an annual salary of £28,860.

The recruitment process

  • Step 1: Apply and get started!
  • Step 2: Show us what you've got - complete some fun, interactive tasks through Arctic Shores' assessment. Look out for this in your emails following your application!
  • Step 3: A quick chat with a recruiter to get to know you better and for you to ask any questions and let us know if you require any adjustments.
  • Step 4: Join us for a virtual assessment day/ 2 stage interview process where you can showcase your skills and strengths.
  • Step 5: We'll give you feedback, post assessment day, whether or not we move forward with your application.

What to Expect from the Arctic Shores Assessment

As part of our selection process, we use an Arctic Shores game-based assessment to help us understand your natural strengths in a fair, engaging way. This isn't a quiz about what you know, it's about showing how you think, behave and solve problems in real time.

What it is

A series of interactive tasks (games) designed to measure problem-solving, decision-making, adaptability, focus and other work-relevant behaviours.

You won't see typical questions, instead, you'll play activities that look and feel like simple games.

How it works

You'll receive an email with a link and simple instructions.

Before the official assessment you can try a practice task so you're confident with the format.

The assessment usually has around 7-9 tasks and should take about the same time as a standard online test.

Tips to succeed

Choose a quiet, distraction-free space with a reliable device.

Read the instructions carefully before starting each activity.

Be yourself - Arctic Shores is designed to capture how you naturally approach challenges, not what you think is the "right" answer.

After you finish

You will receive a personalised feedback report that explains what your responses suggest about your strengths; valuable insight whether you join us or not.

PlatformGSK offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees. Full details are shared when you join, but highlights include core benefits such as Pension, Life Assurance, and Private Medical cover, alongside enhanced policies like Reflection Days and Shared Parental Leave.
