Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our leadership team as the Manager of Strategy and Organisational Delivery. You will play a pivotal role in defining, coordinating, and facilitating the strategic needs of our organization, ensuring effective deployment and operation.

  • Strategic Development:
    • Help with the development and design phase of the future operating model for GBS.
    • Develop a clear and structured management process for new leadership positions within GBS.
    • Collaborate with GBS senior leadership to align organizational strategy with operational execution.
  • Operational Execution:
    • Facilitate the deployment and operation of the new operating model.
    • Coordinate and manage integration efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and efficient operations.
    • Oversee the effective use of ERP systems, BPO services, and other operational platforms.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with GBS senior leadership and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
    • Define and where appropriate manager relationships with external partners, including BPO providers, suppliers, and agencies for change or project management.
  • Change Management:
    • Lead and support change management initiatives to drive the successful adoption of new processes and systems.
    • Ensure that organizational changes are communicated effectively and implemented smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in operating model and organizational design, business effectiveness, and strategy execution.
    • Experience working in a multi-divisional, multi-national organization.
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership teams and external stakeholders.
    • Experience working within a GBS or Finance function.
  • Skills:
    • Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proficiency in managing external partners and suppliers.
  • Attributes:
    • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
