Strategy and Operations Senior Associate, Global Server Operations

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with executive-level engagement as a business, operational, and strategic thought partner.
- Experience with data dash-boarding, data presentation and delivering executive reviews E2E.
- Experience in Consulting, Data or Finance.
- Ability to understand and manipulate data and apply this to inform operational and strategic initiatives, with ability to bring insights together for EMEA gTech Ads leadership.
- Effective communication and influencing skills, and the ability to take ambiguous topics and create simple, compelling narratives for different audiences.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Responsibilities
- Support the EMEA gtech ads business partnering with one geographic market team Director.
- Define, drive and land gTech ads Operational strategy for region and market teams working closely to represent all of gTech Ads to Large Customer Sales (LCS) and LCS GtM.
- Define project scope, key focus areas, analysis needed to uncover opportunities and drive stakeholder alignment and consensus to deliver business impact.
- Work with cross functional stakeholders to deliver on project priorities, drive alignment and enable decision making.
- Communicate findings to EMEA leadership in the shape of executive-ready presentations and thoughtful facilitation of strategy topics across functional teams.
