Job Description
Step into a high-impact Strategy & Operations role and dive headfirst into our strategic critical initiatives like Partner Fulfils and ASOS Fulfilment Solutions. In this role, you will not just be in the driver's seat; you will be the engine propelling us towards fashion e-commerce excellence.
This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll use data to explore new horizons, delving into the most challenging and creative problems ASOS has to offer. If you love turning insight into impact, this is your chance to make a difference.
What you will be doing:
- Design and optimise scalable processes to accelerate ASOS's flexible fulfilment models (e.g. Partner Fulfils, ASOS Fulfilment Solutions).
- Lead end-to-end strategic projects, collaborating across Sales, Finance, Product, and more.
- Use data analytics to uncover insights and guide high-impact decisions.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that shape our products and services.
- Build dashboards and define success metrics to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, brings a sharp analytical mindset and can demonstrate:
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally in Strategy, Ops, or Analytics. Consulting or B2C marketplace experience is a bonus.
- Confidence working with large, complex datasets to uncover insights and drive decisions.
- A knack for turning data into compelling stories that influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, and data visualisation tools like Power BI.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and align diverse teams around shared goals.
- A sharp problem-solving mindset-you break down complexity and love finding smart, data-led solutions.
- Experience in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Economics, Engineering, Maths) would be a plus
ASOS is a creative fashion-tech powerhouse where every day brings new ideas and opportunities. If you're ready to think big, join us and help redefine the future of fashion retail!
