Job description
The Strategic Programmes team drives global change, supporting key strategy goals and business plans. We focus on impactful outcomes that enable successful transformation across the business. Project Managers report to Programme Managers or Heads of Strategic Programmes, working on complex, high-impact projects. As skilled problem-solvers, we leverage cross-functional relationships to deliver results.
What you will be doing
- Manage high-priority, high-visibility projects with significant business impact for Evoke's UK and International markets
- Build stakeholder confidence, manage expectations, and control outcomes through excellent communication skills
- Identify and align stakeholder requirements, ensuring a unified view across all departments
- Develop and maintain project plans, tracking milestones and dependencies
- Apply adaptable, lean governance, using the right delivery methodology to maximize efficiency
- Maintain effective controls and governance, including RAID, scoping, stakeholder management, and finances
- Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
- Measure project success and support illustrating the benefits of strategic changes to the company
Who we are looking for
- Experience in project delivery, with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work in a matrix structure, collaborate across teams, and manage multiple concurrent change projects
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate complex challenges into simple, actionable solutions
- Experience with various project management methodologies, agile delivery, and a strong focus on customer needs
