Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, Sales, or Channel Development in the digital media industry.
- Experience with online media buying and selling processes, DSPs, SSPs and the publisher landscape.
- Experience working with C-level or executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in consultative sales.
- Ability to solve problems and understand complex products, services, and agreement structures.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and work on their own.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

The Global Partnerships team supports Google's own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google's user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow relationships with key stakeholders across business.
- Develop and execute business strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual goals (e.g., business growth and other performance metrics).
- Drive account and business planning using a consultative approach to devise strategies to meet business objectives.
- Align customer business needs with product solutions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align resources and direction for go-to-market strategy or partner initiatives.
