Join our dynamic sales team at Dassault Systèmes as a Strategic Account Manager! This opportunity is positioned within our Indirect Sales organization, you will play a pivotal role in translating the visions of our strategic clients into cutting-edge, sustainable solutions. Your primary focus will revolve around fortifying the ecosystems of the Aerospace & Defence and/or the Marine & Offshore industries. Collaborating seamlessly with both internal teams and external Partners, your dedication will be centered on crafting strategic plans that not only meet but surpass industry standards.
Representing the complete range of Dassault Systèmes' solutions and services, your role extends beyond to optimizing and transforming business operations for our clients. The ultimate goal is to empower organizations to innovate in entirely new ways where you will be executing end-to-end joint engagements with Partners and 3DS teams (Industry & Brand teams), and guiding the sales process from 'Open' lead to 'Close' to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives for the assigned territory.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identifying and developing strategic clients according to predefined criteria aligned with the Aerospace & Defence (A&D) / Marine & Offshore (M&O) Industry priorities
- Owning the strategic development plan of the Client(s) in the A&D / M&O Industry
- Defining and following up on the sourcing plan (revenue and capacity) on strategic clients
- Executing the Sales Plan to support the Sourcing Plan
- Leading Client Engagements in collaboration with the Partners, mainly across the UK & Ireland region but also Key Client Engagements in other regions across Northern Europe (travel is required)
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Sales position
- Solid experience in selling solutions for international or large companies preferably within the UK & Ireland region
- Preferred experience selling into A&D and/or M&O industries with the ability to drive from a business approach with competitive landscape knowledge.
- Proven experience in consultative value selling
- Demonstrable record of leadership in working with partners
- Excellent English communication, listening, presentation and writing skills
