This is a dynamic and critical role to understand, maintain and expand relationships with strategically important large customers on a global scale to ultimately grow our presence, revenue and profit. The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will work as part of a wider global matrix organisation with sales entities across the world to deliver within sales as part of our Growth+ Strategy.

In this role you will being responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives. You will manage these global strategic accounts on the highest level, managing the account team and aligning all sales actions in all related countries with the local sales responsible owners. All the while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customer's needs and expectations are met and exceeded by the company.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders, have a strategic thought process and be decisive through rational and commercial judgement

Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

  • Experience managing an account team as a sales leader
  • Evidence of successful commercial management with results achieved
  • Experience with high level strategic sales in a B2B sales environment
  • Familiarity of working in Rotork's end markets
