Your role
We are looking for a Store Manager, directly reporting to the regional manager. Your responsibilities. As a true store manager, you will be responsible for the commercial management of the store. You will lead the team on a daily basis and ensure impeccable service quality for your customers.
The experience you provide to our community is at the heart of your duties. Personalizing the welcome and building customer loyalty are among your top priorities. You will drive your store's performance by tracking and analysing sales figures and commercial indicators.
You will provide daily training and support to your team to develop their skills. You will implement the brand's commercial policies, follow the store's merchandising guidelines, and ensure the store is well-maintained.
