Exciting Opportunity: Store Manager at ProCook

Join ProCook, the UK's leading kitchenware retailer, as a Store Manager! We're looking for a dynamic leader to oversee our retail operations and bring culinary enthusiasm to our customers in our Solihull Store.

Your Role:

As the Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind our store's success, ensuring that we provide an exceptional shopping experience while meeting sales targets. You will lead a passionate team, manage daily operations, and contribute to the growth of the ProCook brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Manage store operations, including inventory control and visual merchandising.
• Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with upper management to execute company initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a kitchenware or similar setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
• Passion for kitchenware and cooking.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
