We are currently looking for a Store Manager to join our team. You'll be responsible for running the store on a daily basis to achieve sales targets, ensuring staff are trained and providing excellent customer service, and that the store is presentable and stocked correctly.

Responsibilities include:

• achieving KPIs and sales targets
• promoting good customer service amongst staff
• dealing with customer concerns or complaints efficiently
• encouraging upselling of products
• despatching web orders
• ensuring stock accuracy and product availability
• staff training and development
• implementing marketing and promotions
• staff rotas

Skills and experience needed:

• experienced retail manager
• can do attitude
• customer focused
• target driven
• well organised
• can motivate and engage staff

This is a full time position working on a rota basis covering Monday to Sunday.

Salary dependent on experience
