ProCook, one of the UK's leading kitchenware brands, is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Store Manager to oversee our store operations and lead a team dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Your Role:
As a Store Manager, you will be at the helm of our store, ensuring it is an inviting environment where customers can explore and find the perfect kitchenware products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team to provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage daily store operations and work to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-stocked.
• Train and develop team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Analyse sales metrics to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in retail management roles.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Experience in driving sales and meeting KPI's.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyse sales data and create strategic plans.
• Passion for kitchenware and cooking will be a plus!
