Corporate Partnerships Manager (B2B Sales | Apprenticeships | OTE £50k+)
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 + up to 15% bonus (OTE £50-52k+)
Location: Hybrid Monthly - 1 day per month in Central London office (Stockwell)

We're looking for an ambitious B2B sales professional to join our growing Corporate Partnerships team, building relationships with employers and driving new business growth in the apprenticeship and skills sector.

What you'll be doing

  • Win new business and build long-term partnerships with employers
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients
  • Identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions aligned to customer needs
  • Develop proposals and present confidently to senior stakeholders
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure strong learner outcomes
  • Maintain an active pipeline and track progress in CRM

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ambition, resilience, and a target-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage both new business and existing accounts
  • Interest in education, skills or apprenticeships (experience is helpful but not essential)
