Exciting Career Opportunity: Store Manager at ProCook!

Are you ready to cook up success in the kitchenware retail industry? ProCook is seeking a passionate Store Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our store towards culinary retail excellence!

This is a new store opening in Southampton in April.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring an inviting and well-stocked environment.
• Provide product knowledge training and support to your team members.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Analyse sales performance data to drive actionable insights for improvement.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy in stock management.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the kitchenware or home goods sectors.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for cooking.
• Ability to analyse business metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to team management.
