Zoomo is searching for a passionate leader to champion our mission and guide our store's success. You'll train your team, onboard new riders, and ensure smooth operations while keeping a sharp eye on growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Coach & inspire your team (training, customer service)
• Ensure store compliance with Zoomo policies
• Become an e-bike product expert
• Onboard new riders & troubleshoot issues
• Manage & optimise store inventory
• Contribute to strategic planning & growth discussions
• Recruit & hire passionate team members
• Train & empower your crew on sales & e-bikes
• Stay up-to-date on Zoomo policies & programs
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive store profitability

Requirements

We're seeking a passionate leader with:

• 3+ years of experience managing a store or similar customer-facing role
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate a high-performing team
• A history of exceeding growth targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A love for e-bikes or micro-mobility (knowledge a plus!)
• Top-notch problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Multitasking and prioritization skills to keep things running smoothly
• A collaborative spirit and a passion for bikes (optional but awesome!)
