Shift patterns: Monday - Friday 0800 -1600

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• To plan, co-ordinate, supervise and report upon the work activities of the team, providing effective communication, leadership, motivation, training and development
• Maintain system integrity, Stock Control, Goods Receipt / Despatch Processes, Reverse Logistics and KPI reporting as per the agreed procedures
• Ensuring compliance of HMRC requirements, engagement with business partners and customers to promote best in class
• To monitor and maintain HMRC requirements and ensure they are met in full and implement change as required
• Work closely with the operations management team to ensure the correct use of systems in place to maintain a strict and accurate stock profile

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Good understanding of HMRC requirements
• Experience managing a team in a Warehouse setting (specifically a stock/inventory team)
• Excellent knowledge of WMS, host systems and computer systems is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
