DESCRIPTION
At Amazon, we're working to be the most Customer-centric company on earth. One customer experience that we're constantly looking to take to a new level is how we fulfill and deliver customer orders. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of all our customers by ensuring that their orders, no matter how large or small, are delivered where and when customers need them, as quickly, accurately, and cost effectively as possible. To meet this goal, Amazon is continually striving to innovate and provide best-in-class experience through the introduction of pioneering new products and services in the last mile space. These products and services come with a degree of regulatory uncertainty that introduces business and repetitional risks in the geographies where we operate. To successfully navigate through this role and its responsibilities, this person should have prior experience working in product management, preferably in Last Mile. The ideal candidate will be required to swing from product management to program management seamlessly, as we are responsible for the entire deliverable (meeting a regulatory requirement) but count on partner teams (such as tech) to meet our goals, requiring extensive stakeholder management and bias for action.
