At Amazon we're striving to delight our customers, offer a great selection and experience for our products and services. To improve our on site shopping experience, Amazon is looking for a Senior Product Manager based in London.
You will lead variations for EU Consumables. Variations as a product allows customers to discover and shop different product variants (for example, different flavors of Coffee) we offer. This includes leading fixes in the back end (Catalog) and working with teams owning the on-site CX (customer experience). For improving catalog, you will work with retail teams to define our north star vision. You will then work with international technical teams to implement that vision in a scalable manner leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, etc. You will also work with CX teams owning the end experience to ensure we deliver a clean and intuitive shopping experience to our customers WW. This role has high visibility with reporting to Directors and VPs.
We are looking for someone who incorporates a solid business understanding, top-notch analytical skills and capabilities to develop and implement scalable solutions to significantly improve data quality across millions of products WW.
Key job responsibilities
- Define variations NorthStar vision for EU CL
- Build scalable solutions to implement the vision WW leveraging GenAI, LLMs, etc.
- Develop recurring mechanisms to track and report progress
- Ensure end CX we deliver is easy and intuitive to shop for customers
- Act as the variations lead for EU CL
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience with product cycles of 6+ months
- Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- SQL Skills and experience with data insights
