If you're interested in joining a rapidly growing team working to build a unique, world-class Ads support model with a relentless focus on the customer, we are seeking an experienced Ads marketing manager to set up a lead generation program for SMB Ads Consultants (SAC) program globally.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong passion for marketing, customer insights and leveraging this to develop strong lead generation programs and strategies that are innovative and achieve SAC program's business goals. You operate from a customer-first perspective to understand pain points & gaps and identify opportunities. You proactively identify and mitigate risks, and you demonstrate good judgment in how and when to escalate. To be successful you'll need to be a strong communicator who can earn trust with key stakeholders across multiple teams operating globally (including china). You should be comfortable with ambiguity and are willing to work autonomously, handling multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritizing accordingly to contribute to ambitious growth plans. Key job responsibilities
* Lead the development and execution of global and regional SAC marketing strategy to generate qualified leads (QL) for the SAC program across 22 marketplaces (including CN based advertisers), with focus on scaling opt-in channels including email, UI placements, and regional marketing initiatives.
* Partner with global & regional SMB marketing team to integrate SAC proposition into existing marketing channels while identifying and developing new high-impact opportunities across global communications, webinars, and strategic events to maximize program reach and drive qualified lead generation
* Own the end-to-end marketing communications strategy for SAC program graduation pathways & resources, including development of value propositions, proof points and insights for transitioning advertisers to agency partners or Ads Sales team
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, A20M and regional teams to enhance marketing channel effectiveness through data-driven insights and testing of new lead generation approaches (e.g. WhatsApp, A20M integration)
* Dive deep to understand advertiser's feedback in order to uncover unique insights and opportunities
About the team
You will be part of SMB Ads Consultants (SAC) team which is a global team handling time-bound native lanaguage support for SSO (self-serve) advertisers. The team owns a Ads SVP goal & is a high visiblity role.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate. Proven ability to communicate persuasively and to influence others, particularly amongst senior stakeholder
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional and cross-channels marketing programs
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment where not all processes and procedures are clearly defined. Agility to change directions quickly as needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in Mandarin or marketing channels in CN (Wechat etc.)
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Passion for e-commerce and digital marketing and a track record of delivering outstanding results. An entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for having fun while delivering world-class products and programs.
- Ability to diagnose problems, identify root causes, and develop and drive appropriate solutions.
