Job Description

The Sportradar Global Sales Organization (GSO) serves as a trusted partner to our clients, and potential clients, by providing world-class service and unparalleled industry knowledge. The Senior Manager, Sales Meetings & Hospitality will serve as a key member of the Global Sales Enablement team and is charged with finding ways for the GSO to continuously be client focused. This position will oversee key aspects of sales specific meeting management & hospitality and will coordinate with the various departments to ensure that activities are executed cost effectively and efficiently, while meeting stakeholder objectives.

This role will need exceptional organization and prioritization skills, strong adherence to deadline requests, and strong information gathering skills to make efficient decisions regarding project management. This role will report to the Head of Global Sales Enablement to ensure respective projects are in alignment with the overall strategy of the Global Sales Organization.

Specific responsibilities of this role include:

  • Gain understanding of team meetings/operating cadence for effective scheduling of sales meetings and communications to ensure key deliverables are met on appropriate timelines.
  • Calendar management in accordance with strategic priorities. Awareness of key business dates, business conferences, & events for long-range planning of deliverables.
  • Coordination of regional team sales meetings and activities for approximately 50 attendees
  • Plan and implement GSO team meeting and activities for approximately 150 attendees
  • Oversight of GSO tradeshow and conference roster management
  • Planning and implementation of GSO hosted client events
  • Execution of internal GSO contests
  • Global ordering, management, and distribution of sales team assets and apparel
  • Alignment with marketing and travel teams on coordinated event attendance and ticket requests
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time and work weekends/evenings, as necessary

Projects and responsibilities will vary and evolve over time as new priorities and business needs emerge.

Qualifications

This position requires an individual who has strong interpersonal skills to build internal partnerships with our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, as well as external relationships with our clients. Success in this role is dependent on superior attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

  • 5+ years of experience managing complex international meetings and client hospitality functions; both in-person and virtual
  • Expert at keeping projects on time with reliable deliverability and on budget
  • Specific experience working with a sales team preferred
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and planning skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint/Word
  • Experience managing international events from beginning to end and working with teams that are dispersed geographically
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong strategic, analytic, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
