AGI Data-Services (AGI-DS) is operating on the edge of invention as a dynamic business unit within Amazon's Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) org. With over 3,000 employees across 8 countries, AGI-DS is focused on teaching world-class AI models and applications across all domains. We build services to train foundational and specialized AI models with privacy and security for our end customers. Our PXT team of HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and HR Specialists enables the success of our employees, our business, and ultimately our customers in the nascent and exciting field of GenAI.

We are looking for an exceptional Human Resources leader to drive the development and implementation of the HR strategy for our AGI-DS GenAI Teaching Labs in the EMEA region. The Sr. HRBP must be able to work independently, establish and execute long and short-term human capital strategies while taking a hands-on approach, and interface effectively with professionals at all levels. You'll need excellent communication, professional interpersonal skills, and the ability to function in an innovative and ambiguous environment. You'll need strong analytic skills and the ability to translate your clients' business plans and goals into the human resource capabilities needed to deliver results. You will help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, capability, and the employee experience. In addition, this role will be accountable for driving global initiatives and projects, such as workforce planning, org design, employee relations, culture, and diversity. Key job responsibilities
• Partner with business leaders to develop talent strategies that support business growth while maintaining an engaging, respectful and fun work environment
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, performance management and skills assessment and development
• Coach business leaders in career development, leadership, and management practices
• Partner in the development and implementation of people plans and solutions in order to deliver results and sustain a work environment where all employees can thrive and grow
• Analyze business and PXT metrics to surface insights and recommend systemic improvements
• Partner with the business to lead talent reviews, focused on succession planning, employee growth and development and organizational health priorities
• Provide compensation guidance to leaders for all salary actions including the annual salary review, promotions and job re-leveling situations
• Uses data and org health metrics to make decisions and keep leadership informed
• Partner with the central HR Partner organization to effectively enable managers, address various employee relations issues, and drive results for the organization
• Lead or contribute to various cross-team and/or cross-organizational PXT projects
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in an HR Generalist leadership role, preferably in a tech or start-up environment
• Demonstrated achievements in coaching, influencing and problem solving with various levels of leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Master's Degree or MBA in Human Resources Management or related field preferred
• 7+ years in an HR Generalist leadership role, preferably in a tech or start-up environment
HRBP experience supporting tech operations organizations
• HRBP experience supporting employees at all levels of the organization
• Experience working in Global team environment and ability to support clients across multiple time zones
• Broad experience and specific knowledge of organizational design, talent management, employee relations, compensation, employee engagement, learning, and performance management
• Strong business acumen
• Proven project management and execution skills, with a track record of influencing through data-driven recommendations
• Proven ability to operate with autonomy and discretion and use sound judgment in all situations.
• Exceptional ability to influence and partner with other HR Business Partner and HR specialist professionals (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Inclusion, Diversity & Equity, Employee Relations) across different functions and locations.
• Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment
