About the Role:
We're looking for a collaborative and innovative professional to join our Customer Solutions team. In this role, you'll partner with enterprise customers to design and implement their cloud adoption strategies while working alongside diverse AWS teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key job responsibilities
- Guide enterprise customers through their cloud transformation journey
- Foster collaboration across AWS teams to ensure customer success
- Design and implement cloud adoption strategies and governance frameworks
- Lead education initiatives and strategic planning sessions
- Drive innovation through new solutions and GenAI implementation

A day in the life
You'll collaborate with customers and internal teams to:

- Facilitate strategic planning sessions with leadership teams
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to support cloud migrations
- Design and deliver customer education programs
- Develop governance frameworks and adoption roadmaps
- Share insights and best practices across the organization

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion
- Experience in customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies
- Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification
- Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects or similar
- Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent
