We are looking for a Senior Content Partner Manager to join our EMEA team. This is a hybrid/remote role in London.

As a Senior Content Partner Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of our content partners through strategic viewership and monetization initiatives, as well as proactive communication both internally with multiple teams and externally with our great content partners. Your role will involve managing key programming touchpoints, ensuring compliance with contractual promotional requirements, and optimizing monetization strategies. You will also play a crucial role in synthesizing and reporting viewership data to internal stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in user engagement and in our content offering.

In this role, you will dedicate approximately half of your time to account management, where you will manage monthly programming calls with content service providers (CSPs) to align on tentpoles, promotions, and content updates. You will oversee) reporting, and manage CSP deployments across various Xperi vertical business lines, including CTV, Automotive, and PayTV, with a primary focus on the EMEA market and support for the US as needed. Your efforts will ensure seamless coordination and execution of content strategies across different territories.

The remaining half of your responsibilities will focus on internal collaboration and support. You will work closely with TiVo analytics to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and optimize monetization efforts. Additionally, you will coordinate content partner onboarding and management, liaising between CSPs and various internal teams such as metadata, product, monetization, technology , reporting, and engineering. You will also support business development by assisting with new CSP deal negotiations and help manage the AVOD content portfolio and linear FAST line ups across TiVo EMEA products and platforms, recommending improvements to enhance overall performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in partner management or a related role (5 years +)
  • Strong understanding of content partnership ecosystems and the entertainment technology industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Record in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in using CRM and partner management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
