DESCRIPTION
Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of low Earth orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to customers and communities around the world. The Project Kuiper Marketing team is looking for a talented, results-oriented individual to lead upper funnel marketing campaigns in Europe. This role is responsible for developing the strategy and execution of brand marketing campaigns across multiple channels and locales. The ideal candidate for this role is entrepreneurial and able to work effectively in a matrixed organization.

This role is located in our London, UK office.
This position may require access to information, technology, or hardware that is subject to export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Employment in this position is contingent upon obtaining any required export licenses or other approvals from the United States government. As such, the successful candidate must be eligible to obtain any necessary export licenses or approvals based on their nationality, citizenship, and any other factors considered by the applicable export control regulations.
Key job responsibilities
* Lead the strategy, development, and execution of integrated multi-channel campaigns designed to drive awareness, consideration and demand for Project Kuiper.
* Coordinate campaigns across multiple European locales.
* Collaborate with Marketing Intelligence teams to monitor brand health metrics and business impact, and regularly report on performance up to Director level, adjusting strategically and tactically as needed.
* Collaborate across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders from multiple functions (business, insights and measurement, creative, and other marketing teams) at a local, regional and global level.
* Partner with external agencies in support of world-class marketing campaigns creation and execution.
* Leverage internal Amazon marketing channels, as well as external marketing channels.
* Manage budget with accountability for campaign return on investment (ROI).
* Develop mechanisms for scalability across multiple marketplaces.
* Ensure clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholder teams to outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance for campaigns.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in marketing or marketing research
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-channels campaigns or a new product or service.
- Experience managing/influencing cross-functional teams and agency partners to deliver upper funnel marketing campaigns through both online and offline channels.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Marketing experience at a technology or telecommunications company.
- Experience conducting business and financial analysis, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting.
- Self-starter and can juggle multiple priorities, and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic and often ambiguous environment.
- Advanced analytical skills, including strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems.
