Introduction

Evoke is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sportsbook Operations Manager to join our growing team.

As the Sportsbook Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing our sportsbook offerings, ensuring a seamless and exciting experience for our customers.

You'll play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating with various teams, and driving strategies to maintain and enhance our competitive edge in the industry. What you will be doing

• Responsible for Retail Sportsbook Operations, drive the sportsbook agenda, enhance operational efficiency, and maximise value across UK Retail
• Review and identify Sportsbook trends and work with internal departments & Sport product provider to optimise Sportsbook revenues
• Work closely with UK Retail Leadership Teams to support the delivery of the sportsbook strategy across all markets. Assist with devising, executing and optimising sportsbook campaigns alongside marketing teams and provide updates to the wider business where relevant
• Update the wider business on the performance of Sportsbook by composing and distributing reports with a high degree of insights
• Review trends from operational business departments and establish new processes in line with the growing sportsbook product
