What you will be doing

• Portfolio Management and Optimization: manage, optimize, and deliver a substantial portion of the UK & IRE Affiliate Sports portfolio, ensuring growth and profitability.
• Recruit and nurture new affiliates for 888, William Hill, and Mr Green programs, defining and implementing the UK & IRE Affiliate strategy.
• Strategic Partnerships and Campaign Development: Create and negotiate strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and ROI, conceptualizing and executing online marketing campaigns for affiliates.
• Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor ROI and portfolio performance against critical KPIs, conducting data analysis to drive improvements and support both individual and team-wide targets.
• Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate across teams and stakeholders to maintain relevant and compelling creative, ensure effective communication strategies, and provide top-tier account management services to affiliates.
• Cross-Functional Project Management: Own and manage projects and individual responsibilities both within and outside the affiliate channel, working seamlessly across the organization to enhance performance and efficiency.

• Proven track record showcasing exceptional account management skills, demonstrating an understanding of affiliate relations and their impact on business growth.
• Strong analytical abilities, proficient in Excel and report building, possessing a deep understanding of numbers and industry KPIs to drive data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work seamlessly within a team while excelling in individual responsibilities, promoting a collaborative work environment.
• Driven by results and goal-oriented, capable of working efficiently in a high-pressure environment, adapting to change, and utilizing a fundamental understanding of performance channel metrics to obtain targets and contribute to continuous improvement.
