We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sponsorship Sales Executive to sell sponsorship packages internationally. The candidate will join a successful conference team to strengthen our fast-growing Energy Storage events portfolio.
We work across a diverse portfolio of events in the USA, Europe and Asia where are key goal is to collaborate with our customers to help their businesses thrive and create a sustainable future on a global scale.
Role Accountability and Duties:
- You will close and repeat high-value business at conferences
- You will be maximising revenue through sponsorship sales
- You will developrelationships with decision-makers to do business and build accounts
- You will identifyand secure new customers who can be developed into major accounts
- You will be achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
- You will be Managing a sales pipeline document for reporting purposes
- You will be Forecasting pipelines accurately on a weekly and monthly basis
- You will gatherproduct and company feedback from clients and prospects
Qualifications
What you bring to the team:
- A solid and proven background in sales,(conference OR event sponsorshipsales preferably)
- Proven track record of winning new business and successfully managing existing clients
- Able to sell on aconcept and provide a consultative sales approach in an excellent telephone manner
- Enjoy working in a KPI-driven environment where a good percentage of your total earnings are performance-based
- Ideally you will have a genuine interest in and desire to contribute to the world's evolving energy future, in which, we believe renewables and clean energy have a vital and rapidly growing role
- Free to travel globally to events and pitch existing and new business customers
Desirable, but not essential
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce)
- Excellent closer of business
- Market knowledge (EV, Solar, Energy Storage)
