Job Description

What will you be doing?

We're looking for a driven Project Manager to help deliver one of the UK's most ambitious clean energy programmes. You'll lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of technically complex work packages in a high-integrity, regulated environment.

This is a key role within a major nuclear project, with a strong focus on NEC4 contract management and collaboration across engineering, construction, and commercial teams.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery in line with NEC4 contract frameworks
• Lead project planning, progress tracking, and reporting
• Coordinate construction-related activities across multi-disciplinary teams
• Own risk management, change control, and stakeholder engagement
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

• You're an organised, detail-focused project leader who thrives in high-compliance environments. You're comfortable managing complex delivery timelines, interfacing with engineering and construction teams, and working under NEC4 governance.

Qualifications

Experience, skills and qualifications required:

• 5+ years' experience in project management roles
• Proven experience delivering projects under NEC4 contracts
• Background in nuclear, infrastructure, or other complex construction environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Degree-qualified or equivalent in engineering, project management, or related field
• Project Management certifications (e.g. APM, Prince2, PMP) desirable
