Salary starting from £39,777 (increased salary if based in London) plus 10% annual bonus potential, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays rising with serve and a company pension scheme with highly competitive contribution rates

This is a remote role, but you will be expected to travel to London, Farringdon once a quarter and be willing to travel for occasional meetings.

Have you got a background in whistleblowing or investigations? Do you have strong interpersonal and communication skills? If so, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for a Speak Up (Whistleblowing) Manager to join our Security & Resilience team.

About the Role

Reporting into the Head of Whistleblowing you will be part of a small team managing the provision and administration of the Speak Up helpline. You will ensure the effective and efficient operation of the helpline from end-to-end including the collation and reporting of statistics and reports.

You will also:
• Assess, record, triage and action incoming cases received into Speak Up daily, and record details into any relevant systems for investigation.
• Allocate cases to the relevant Business Unit for investigation.
• Deal with any Speak Up related queries i.e. provide advice on whether cases received in other areas of the business should be addressed under the Speak Up process.
• Maintain relationships with key investigating parties across the business.
• Assure completion of NDA's and maintain records and manage access to all shared Speak Up systems.
• Provide management information in relation to processes, including periodic report writing for Executive Board reporting requirements.
• Support line manager in effectively managing relationship with the Speak Up platform service provider and ensure high quality service provision in line with contractual obligations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sound decision making
• Flexible and adaptable approach with a capability to work under pressure to meet targets.
• Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload.
• Excellent relationship management skills required as the role is required to develop and maintain several relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• High level of integrity and discretion required as role deals with sensitive information
