Job Title: Project Controller
Location: Warton – Hybrid working, 3 days on site
Salary: £47,683 + Dependent upon skills and experience

Acting as central point for delivery governance and cross-functional coordination

Maintaining integrated programme plans with PMs and workstream leads

Supporting weekly governance cadences; prepare status updates and SteerCo inputs

Tracking and reporting on key deliverables; standardise templates, reports, and meeting packs

Owning end-to-end resource planning, forecasting demand by phase, workstream, and skillset

Conducting workforce analysis, identify skill gaps, and drive continuous improvement in resourcing

Collaborating across teams to ensure alignment and efficient delivery

Providing insights on resource health, risks, and hotspots through regular reporting
Your skills and experiences:
-
Experience of working project control processes
-
The ability to effectively carry out project control related tasks of small to medium complexity
-
Effective influencing and stakeholder management experience
-
Accountable as a member of the Project Management team for supporting development and implementation of appropriately tailored Project Management practices

Experience of working on Project Control Management Systems eg. Compass, Coupa

The Spartan Transformation Office Team :
You will be joining an experienced Project team delivering critical project management activities within a key enterprise-wide technology and process transformation project. You will work with multiple stakeholders and you will help drive and implement new ways of working across a large complex business. You will support the development and delivery of the Project Management Office within the team with involvement in wider project processes and deliverables.
