Job Description

This role is fundamental in driving and owning all SRD programmes, both strategic and ad hoc, and turning business vision into reality in our stores. You work closely with the SRD team, categories and retail to ensure we have the right planning and processes to continually improve the quality of space, range and display management and delivery of SRD projects in stores.

Responsible for the end-to-end planning management and delivery of SRD initiatives, including any relevant change management, partner management and communication.

You will be adaptable to different environments to support teams that sit under Space, Range and Display, leading the planning and implementation of projects which has been fully communicated and governed end to end.

You will facilitate the definition of project scope, KPI's and deliverables and track function deliverables using appropriate tools and governance.

To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

What you'll do

Your key accountabilities will include

  • Accountable for leading and ensuring the delivery of SRD projects that support transformation within the Food Group
  • Deliver change sustainably, including the definition and clear processes on measuring change engagement and delivery, and plans for moving processes to Business as Usual
  • Contributes to the identification and analysis of potential future initiatives as input into the project pipeline, continually looking for ways that support SRD and the Food Group achieve their strategic objectives
  • Understand the short-, medium- and long-term impact of the change, managing risks as required
  • Communicate all programmes and projects to internal and external partners, providing regular updates, ensure everyone knows their role
